Our first kids tee that serves as a good reminder for us all.  How many times do we get frustrated during the day and need to remember to breathe.  Or have a situation coming up that we’re feeling anxious about?  Such a good message and tool for our kids to learn early too, to be mindful of their breathing and help manage those emotions.  Great way to bring everyone back to the moment and just, breathe in and breathe out.  Hā ki roto, hā ki waho.

These are printed on ASColour, which is solid quality and definitely decent sizing.
