How many times do we get frustrated during the day and need to remember to breathe.  Or have a situation coming up that we’re feeling anxious about?  Such a good message and tool for us all to learn, to be mindful of our breathing and help manage those emotions.  Great way to bring everyone back to the moment and just, breathe in and breathe out.  Hā ki roto, hā ki waho.
